PCR based COVID-19 diagnostic kit.
The PCR method refers to a method of diagnosing the presence or absence of a coronavirus in a specimen extracted from the respiratory tract through a method of replicating and amplifying a specific region of DNA or RNA in large quantities through a polymerase chain reaction.
Korean bio companies began developing PCR kits in the early coronavirus and started exporting them to the world from February 2020, and the defect rate of diagnostic kits made in China has become very high, so most of all nations’ governments prefer diagnostic kits made in Korea.
